Screen capture procedures for Samsung galaxy mini S5570 that running on Android 2.3 gingerbread
Here's the trick :
- Make sure the SD Card present on your Galaxy Mini
- Navigate to the screen that you want capture
- Press Home button and quickly press power on button
- Then you can hear the capture sound ( camera sound )
- Screen captured saved as image file at SD Card/ScreenCapture directory.

I checked other website and I found out that to take a screenshot you should press and hold back button and the the home key... pls provide right information... ;(

My version is 2.3.4. Sometimes this way works sometimes not. But it often captures the locked phone image. I don't not how to do that though I have tryed many times.
my screen shot works for everything EXCEPT the text message conversations. when i try to capture that, it kicks me into my inbox and THEN captures that screen. any suggestions? i can't figure it out!

Hold "home" button and while holding press 2 times fast button for switch off to capture :)

Try holding BACK then Press HOME.*
There will be a notification saying, "Screen Captured. Saved as image file."
When it's in silent mode, it will vibrate before the notification.

For Galaxy S, press and hold the back button and home button together for 2 seconds.
